Hope you are always in good condition.Nice to meet all of you for this entry.Even we are communicate in cyber world,it's not the reason to stop the interaction.

For this time,I want to share some of our assignment for the subject of Strategic Management.Last week,we need to go to the any restaurants for some tasks.Direct and indirect restaurants.Besides,we need to know the concept and one of the restaurant's most popular dishes,the average price of an item on the menu,location,number of the customers and also the unique of the restaurant.

From the result of the tasks like doing interview and do some researches,each group need to make new restaurant.Woww!!Sounds like fantastic!!We have our own restaurant.YahoO!!

That's why the title of this entry "SAWADDI KHA VILLAGE".It's represent of our new restaurant's name.Casual dinning is the concept of our restaurant.There are many choices of foods and drinks for the customers.

Do you want to know what is the most popular dish for SAWADDI KHA VILLAGE??Surprise!! "TOM YAM KUNG".

For direct restaurant, we go to the "Phuket Seafood" which is located at Nilai.The most popular dish is "Tom Yam Poktek". "Poktek" means tom yam combined with fresh fish.I tried that tom yam and the taste was so delicious!! =)

Then,we choose the "Chicken Rice Shop" for indirect restaurant.Doing the comparative between each restaurant like Sawaddi Kha Village,Phuket Seafood and Chicken Rice Shop.

Overall assignment...we got fantastic experienced!! Many thanks to Dr.Ummi Salwa for giving that kind of task.Last but not least... "Khob Khun Kha" or "Thank You" for the time that you spent to read my new post.=)
